§ Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a further statement on the future of the Scottish Development Agency's investment in Stonefield Vehicles in view of the fact that that company's auditors have qualified its latest accounts to advise that it can be valued on a going concern basis only on the assumption that negotiations for the provision of additional equity capital by the agency are brought to a successful conclusion.
