§ Mr. Peter WalkerI assume the hon. Member has in mind the EEC Commission's proposal for a continuation for a further period—but at an increased rate and with new exemptions—of the co-responsibility levy paid by milk producers. The Commission has estimated that the following proportions of milk delivered to dairies in the various member States would be subject to such a levy:—
