§ Mr. StanleyNo. The Standing Committee on Exports was a sub-committee of the National Consultative Council on Building and Civil Engineering on which my right hon. Friend made a statement on 2 April—[Vol. 982, c. 290]—I emphasise our continuing commitment, together with that of my hon. Friends at the Department of Trade, to provide assistance and advice for exporters in the field of construction and building materials.
