§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Defence if, in view of the fact that Boeing Aerospace, which has been awarded the contract to build the American cruise missile, showed an accident or fail rate of 40 per cent. in its tests of the missile, he will reconsider the decision to place 160 of these missiles on British soil.
