§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsIn the period 24 March 1979 to 24 March 1980, one man was killed by the security forces while committing a terrorist-type offence. During the same period, 70 members of the security forces died as a result of terrorist activities. Conclusive evidence as to which of these incidents can be attributed to any particular terrorist organisation is not available.
