Mr. Field

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will update tables 34.36, 34.37, 34.38 and 34.89 in "Social Security Statistics" 1976.

Corresponding information for 1977 is published in "Social Security Statistics" 1977 a copy of which is in the Library. Information for 1979 is not yet available. Information for 1978 is provided in the following tables 34.38 (which includes 1978 information for tables 34.36 and 34.37) and 34.89.
