§ Mr. David MitchellThe staff establishment for 1978–79 was nine and for 1979–80 10. Future staffing of the unit is under review. Expenditure, including staff costs and publicity, was £139,000 for 1978–79, and £117,000 for 1979–80. The estimate for 1980–81, which is subject to review, is £188,000.
