Mr. Kaufman

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many Government (a) amendments to clauses, (b) amendments to schedules, (c) new clauses and (d) new schedules he had tabled during the Committee stage of the Housing Bill up to and including Thursday 3 April; and if he will list the clauses and schedules to which Government amendments have been tabled, stating the number of amendments to each.

Eighty-two amendments to clauses, 42 amendments to schedules, five new clauses and one new schedule were tabled by the Government during the Committee stage of the Housing Bill up to and including Thursday 3 April. A table listing the clauses and schedules to which Government amendments have been tabled, stating the number of amendments to each, is attached.
