§ Mr. Chapmanasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is satisfied with the exemption given to most of the major religious bodies from the statutory obligation of charity trustees to submit annual accounts to the Charity Commissioners, with particular reference to the interpretation of the phase "no permanent assets".
