§ Sir George YoungNational Health Service land is vested in the Secretary of State for Social Services and managed by the health authorities. It is subject to Government rules applicable to Government land holdings requiring the disposal of land surplus to needs, at current market value. The regional health authorities are responsible for sales. Central records of development land are not held.
