§ Mr. Whitlockasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will now make a statement concerning the situation in hospitals which stems from the dispute 385W over payment to medical laboratory scientific officers for emergency duties.
§ Dr. VaughanI am pleased to report that in general normal working has been resumed following an agreement reached on 26 March by the professional and technical staffs "B" Whitley Council on revised rates of payment for medical laboratory scientific officers undertaking emergency duties.
