§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales, in the light of public reaction to the consultative paper "Patients First" and to his statements on National Health Service structure and management arrangements in Wales, if he will set up an investigating committee into the future structure of the Health Service in the Principality, with particular reference to the divergence between Health Service organisation in England 415W and Wales if the Health Services Bill becomes law.
