§ Mr. Greenwayasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will seek to arrange a working party to inquire into and report on the arrangements for tenure by holders of academic and related posts at different universities; and if he will publish the factual findings of such a working party, but allow advice arising therefrom to remain confidential in accordance with existing practice.
