§ Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will give a direction to the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board not to proceed with its surcharge on islands until an inquiry has been held into its pricing policy.
§ Mr. YoungerThe electricity consultative council for the North of Scotland district has submitted formal representations to me, under the provisions of234W schedule 7 to the Electricity (Scotland) Act 1979, asking that I should give a direction to the board on this matter. I have these representations under consideration.
