§ Mr. Cookasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish a table showing the level of take-up of domestic insulation improvement grants in each district council area, indicating in relation to both the public and private sectors the number of houses affected, the proportion which they constitute of the relevant housing stock, the percentage use of total grants available and the grants paid over to the local authorities concerned, for the financial year 1979–80.
