§ Mr. Dewarasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will discuss with the Scottish Paraplegic Association the case of Mrs. Maggie Jones of Edinburgh, recently banned from international competition by the British Paraplegic Sports Society for distributing anti-apartheid leaflets at the European Paraplegic Games, with a view to urging it not to impose a similar ban.
