§ Sir George YoungI refer the hon. Member to my reply to the hon. Member for Newham, North-West (Mr. Lewis) on 23 July—[Vol. 971, c.83.] In general we believe that it is for each authority to determine what action to reduce waiting lists is practicable and what priority such action should be given within available resources.
