§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimThe Director General of Fair Trading, who has a duty under the Fair Trading Act to keep himself informed about merger activities, is not aware of any acquisitions by the English National Opera Company. However, if the hon. Member has a particular case in mind perhaps he would write to the Director General, who is willing to look into the matter.
