§ Mr. WhitelawI have received a small number of representations, mostly passed to me by hon. Members about an 373W apparent delay in the publication of the report of the committee of inquiry into the United Kingdom prison services. These appeared to be founded on a confusion between the date of delivery of the report by the committee to me and the date of its publication, which I expect to be 31 October.
