§ Mr. Adam ButlerNo. It is not customary to publish correspondence between Ministers and nationalised industry chairmen. These letters set out the Government's thinking about the setting of cash limits, on which discussions with the industries are still in progress. The letters made it clear that in regard to pay the Government would be looking for reductions in real labour costs per unit of output.
