§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will take steps to change the interpretation in the minimum list heading III of the Standard Industrial Classification under part I of the Industry Act 1972 whereby freezing, smoking and drying are qualifying activities for the regional development grant scheme, but filleting is not regarded as a means of preserving fish and so does not qualify.
