§ The Prime MinisterI named the standing committees of the Cabinet, and their chairmen, in the answer I gave to the hon. Member for Newcastle-upon-Tyne, East, (Mr. Thomas) on 24 May. To go beyond this would be damaging to the principle of collective responsibility.
