Mr. J. Enoch Powellasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he is now informed that the Boundary Commission expect to publish its draft proposals under the House of Commons (Redistribution of Seats) Act 1979.
§ Mr. Humphrey Atkins[pursuant to his reply, 24 October 1979, c. 212]: I am informed by the Boundary Commission that it hopes to be able to publish its draft proposals before the end of this year.
