§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is now in a position to indicate his decision on the proposed Moss Morran development, as the delay in making this decision is retarding progress of the works at St. Fergus in East Aberdeenshire.
§ Mr. YoungerI announced my decision to grant outline planning permission for the proposed petrochemical developments at Moss Morran and Braefoot Bay on 9 August 1979.
