asked the Secretary of State for Employment what proportion of total male unemployment unemployment among men in the 60 to 64 year age group consisted at the latest date for which statistics are available.

At 12 July, the latest date for which an age analysis of the unemployed is available, 12.9 per cent. of all males registered as unemployed in Great Britain were in the 60 to 64 year age group.
