§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimIt is not possible to give an accurate estimate of the Commission's expenditure for the period requested but, in anticipation of the Commission's abolition, the Government have already reduced the estimate for its grant-in-aid for the whole year from £7.9 million to £4.7 million. Details of the Commission's activities during the period August to October will appear in the chairman's quarterly report, which will be laid before Parliament after my right hon. Friend receives it next month.
