§ Mr. WhitelawThe question of the introduction of citizens band radio is essentially a matter for national decision. We have not therefore taken this matter up formally with other countries. However, a good deal of information about 7W the use of citizens band radio in other countries, including our partners in the EEC, is available through contacts at official level; and regular liaison on radio matters is maintained with Western European countries through the forum of La Conference Europeene des Administrations des Posts et Telecommunications (CEPT).
