§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThis bridge is part of the works associated with the construction of the M25 motorway and the realignment of the A127. Its construction is in accordance with the general powers provided by the various schemes and orders that have been made under the Highways Acts. There is no requirement for these bridgeworks to be specifically authorised.
