§ Mr. KingOn the basis of the RSG order and report now laid before Parliament the estimated outturn amount of needs element grant per head of population to be paid to local authorities in 1980–81 will be as in the attached table. The figures for non-metropolitan counties include the proportion of needs element grant to be paid to districts. The allocation of resources element will depend in part on the decision of rating authorities.
