§ Mr. WigginYes. Sales are permitted in the United States of America, Canada and all EEC countries except Italy and the Netherlands. In Belgium, Luxembourg and Ireland, the maximum dioxin content is set at 0.01 mg/kg but in the remaining countries in question, including the United Kingdom, it follows the United Nation's World Health Organisation and Food and Agriculture Organisation specification of 0.1 mg/kg.
