§ Mr. Leightonasked the Prime Minister if she will circulate in the Official Report a list of all legislative enactments by the EEC from 1 July onwards which depended for their enactment on the agreement of the United Kingdom and where such agreement was effectively given after the present Government came to office.
§ The Prime MinisterDetails of these agreements are contained in the Official Journal of the European Communities, which is available to hon. Members through the Vote Office. This information is also available in the Library of the House.
Council instruments are normally promulgated in the Official Journal within one month of approval by the Council.
