§ The Prime MinisterMeetings of committees and specialised working groups set up under the auspices of the720W Council are in more or less constant session. The detailed information requested could only be compiled at disproportionate expense. The Government's position on the matter under discussion is determined by Ministers individually or collectively as circumstances require.
