§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Employment what redundancies have been notified to him under the 90-day rule with regard to the closure in November 658W 1979 of the firm of Thomas Hadden of Edinburgh, craftsmen in metals and other materials.
§ Mr. Jim LesterI understand that Thomas Hadden employed less than 10 employees, and therefore was not required to notify redundancies to the Department of Employment.
