§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsI am satisfied with the progress made in implementing the measures agreed with Irish Ministers on 5 October. Security considerations preclude my giving specific details, but I am confident that the measures will add to the effectiveness of the common campaign against terrorism and to the two Governments' already extensive co-operation.
