§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe local authority associations, including the London Boroughs Association, and the voluntary organisations concerned have been asked for their views on the operation of the Housing (Homeless Persons) Act 1977 and associated code of guidance. I have also received representations from certain individual local authorities, including some London boroughs.
