asked Her Majesty's Government:

Which of the provisions to be included in the forthcoming Bill containing proposals for criminal justice legislation for Scotland (a) are intended to implement which recommendations of the Thomson Committee, (b) are intended to implement which recommendations of which similar bodies, (c) do not derive from the recommendations of the Thomson Committee or similar bodies, (d) have not been the subject of extensive consultations related specifically to the reports of the Thomson Committee or similar bodies.

The contents of the forthcoming Criminal Justice (Scotland) Bill will be disclosed on the Bill's presentation to Parliament: it is hoped that this will not be long delayed.
