§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe can trace no representations from organisations for the disabled on this matter. But special arrangements are made to give disabled people priority in obtaining driving test appointments. If an explanatory letter is sent with the application, a disabled candidate is fitted into the earliest suitable appointment which arises as a result of a cancellation.
