§ Dr. BoysonThe APU surveys being carried out this month bring the total number so far undertaken to six, four in mathematics—two each at primary and secondary level, and two in English language—one at primary and one at secondary level. The assessment of performance in science will begin in 1980.
The first survey report, on mathematics at primary level, is expected to be published early in the New Year.
