Friend, and for the Hong Kong Air Transport Licensing Authority; of nonscheduled services for the Civil Aviation Authority and the Hong Kong Director of Civil Aviation.
55WBetween Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China, rights to run services are the joint concern of Her Majesty's Government and the Government of the People's Republic of China; although in our case the right to authorise non-scheduled services is exercised by the Hong Kong Director of Civil Aviation.
