§ Mr. KingStatistics of local and public authority capital expenditure are not related to parts only of districts and it would be a major task to collect and present them in that form.
The London Docklands operational programme 1978–82, produced by the Docklands joint committee, forecast public sector investment during the programme period as in the table attached—(at end 1977 prices). That programme is in accord with the London Docklands strategic plan and is ongoing.
