§ Mr. Peter Rees[pursuant to his reply, 15 November 1979]: The draft order relating to the new double taxation convention between the United Kingdom and Canada was laid on 16 January 1979 and was approved on 23 February. The convention has not yet been approved by the Canadian Parliament.
