§ Mr. Peter WalkerI visited Billingsgate fish market on 6 November and Covent Garden market on 7 November. The Government are contributing £3.6 million from urban aid funds towards the relocation of Billingsgate, and Covent Garden market was relocated at Nine Elms in 1974 with the aid of Government grants and loans. I have no plans at present to provide further financial assistance to either market.
