§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThe Department has sent copies of the Darryn Clarke report and of my reply to the hon. Member for Liverpool, Scotland Exchange (Mr. Parry) on 8 November to all local authorities and health authorities, to chairmen of area review committees and to professional, representative and voluntary bodies concerned with services for abused children and their families.
