§ Mr. ChannonThe full edition of the "Civil Service Year Book" gives information on Government Departments and on non-Exchequer bodies. The names of the chairman and senior officers of the Manpower Services Commission and Health and Safety Commission, together with their office addresses, are given in columns 757 and 748 respectively of the "Civil Service Year Book" 1979. There is in addition an abridged mid-year edition which, in the interests of economy, is confined to Exchequer bodies.
