Two-person £12,100 Three-person £12,200 Four-person £13,300 Five-person £12,700 Six-person £14,400 Seven-person £14,700 The cost of a four-person house is greater than that quoted for a five-person property since the former tend to be built 675W in areas such as Belfast, where contract prices are higher.
I have no reliable estimate of the cost of house building in the next 12 months.
