§ Mrs. ChalkerI have received a number of letters about the pensions of those who leave an employment before normal pension age. The question of how to protect the rights and expectations of those who change or leave jobs is being considered by the Occupational Pensions Board and it has received many hundreds of submissions from individuals and organisations. The Board's study of this complex issue commenced in 1978 and it is expected that it will take up to three years to complete.
