Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will give the reasons for the increase in fees laid down in the Road Traffic and Vehicles, Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1979 (S.R. & O. (N.I.) 1979 No. 320) and publish the accounts for the areas covered by the order for the last three years.
