Member for Carmarthen (Dr. Thomas) on 5 November, later this year we shall be issuing a consultative paper setting out our proposals for simplifying the structure of the NHS.—[Vol. 973, c.47]. I have already made it clear that other recommendations contained in the report will be studied by the Health Departments through the ordinary machinery.
