§ Mr. Peter Rees[pursuant to his reply, 8 November 1979, c. 283]: No. The pamphlet "Investigation Work" was an internal Inland Revenue memorandum which gave detailed guidance to inspectors of taxes on revised procedures in investigation cases. A general description of the changes was given in the Inland Revenue press notice of 1 August 1977, a copy of which is held in the Library. The new procedures remain operative.
