§ Mr. Lambornasked the Minister of Transport whether construction of the dockland southern relief road would prejudice other future communication schemes for the dockland area such as the Jubilee line and the East London river crossing.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeAs we have already announced, the East London river crossing, the South Woodford to Barking relief road and the M11 to Hackney link road are included in the trunk road programme and will go ahead on that basis.
It is for the GLC to assess priorities for other communications schemes for docklands in its programme for Greater London.
